What We Install

Our installation service primarily covers freestanding washing machines and freestanding dishwashers purchased from Buywise.

We also offer installation for selected integrated appliances within our local area, subject to suitability.

Where Installation Is Available

Installation services are available within our local delivery areas around Banbury and Chipping Norton.

Installation availability is confirmed at checkout based on your postcode.

Before We Arrive

To ensure a smooth installation, we kindly ask that:

• Your existing appliance is disconnected prior to our arrival.
• The installation space is clear and accessible.
• Existing plumbing and electrical connections are safe and compliant.

Requesting prior disconnection helps avoid unexpected plumbing issues and allows our team to complete your installation efficiently.

Supporting Vulnerable Customers

We understand that some customers — particularly elderly or vulnerable individuals — may not be able to disconnect an existing appliance themselves.

Where possible, our team will assist with disconnection during the visit. Please inform us in advance so we can allow sufficient time.

Important Information

• We cannot modify kitchen units or cabinetry.
• We cannot undertake plumbing alterations beyond standard connections.
• If existing pipework or electrics are unsuitable, installation may be declined.
• Installation is available only on appliances purchased from Buywise.

We cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing plumbing, electrical or structural issues.
