Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You must notify us within this 14-day period if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and not installed
• Items must be returned in original packaging where reasonably possible
• Goods must be in a resaleable condition

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless we agree otherwise. You are also responsible for any loss in value resulting from unnecessary handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Collection Service

If you prefer, we can arrange collection of the goods.

Collection charges will be confirmed before booking.

Refunds

Once goods are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method
• Bank processing times may vary (typically up to 7 working days)
• Original standard delivery charges are refundable if the entire order is cancelled
• Any upgraded delivery services (e.g. 2-man delivery) are non-refundable once completed

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If your goods arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described, please notify us as soon as possible.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

• You have 30 days to reject faulty goods for a full refund
• After 30 days, we may offer repair or replacement in the first instance
• If repair or replacement is not successful, you may be entitled to a refund

We may request photos or additional information to assess reported issues.

Important Information for Appliances

• Appliances must not be hard-wired, plumbed in, or installed if you intend to return under cancellation rights
• Integrated appliance doors should not be fitted if you may return the item
• Gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer
• Electrical installations must comply with current UK regulations

Installation or use may affect your ability to return goods under change-of-mind cancellation.
