We aim to offer competitive pricing on leading appliance brands. If you find the identical product at a lower total delivered price, we’ll do our best to match it.

• The product must be identical (same brand and model).
• The competitor must be UK-based and authorised.
• The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
• The competitor price must include VAT.
• The competitor price must include all delivery charges.

We match the total delivered price — not just the headline product price.

What We Don’t Match

• Marketplace sellers (e.g. eBay, Amazon third-party sellers).
• Clearance, refurbished or graded items.
• Membership-only or trade-exclusive pricing.
• Limited-time flash sales or pricing errors.
• Prices that do not include delivery.

How to Request a Price Match

• The product name and model number
• A link to the competitor’s website
• The competitor’s total delivered price
