Ordering

How do I place an order?

Add your item(s) to the basket, enter your delivery postcode, choose your delivery option (where available), then complete checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once payment is authorised.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can often help. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has already left us, we’ll advise the best next steps.

I haven’t received my order confirmation email — what should I do?

Please check your junk/spam folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll confirm your order status. Make sure your email address was entered correctly at checkout.

Delivery

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs can vary by product and postcode. You’ll see the available delivery option(s) and price in your basket and at checkout after entering your delivery postcode.

When will my order be delivered?

Estimated delivery timeframes appear on product pages and at checkout. If your basket contains items with different lead times, the overall delivery estimate will reflect the longest lead time so everything can arrive together (unless you place separate orders).

Do you deliver to my area?

Enter your postcode in the basket to see which delivery options are available for your address. If you need help checking delivery coverage, contact us and we’ll confirm options for your postcode.

What happens on delivery day?

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We recommend checking access (doorways, corridors, stairs) and clearing a space for the appliance. If you’ve booked installation or recycling, we’ll outline what to prepare before arrival.

Installation

Do you offer installation services?

We offer installation for selected products and postcodes. Where available, you’ll be able to choose the service at checkout. If you’re unsure what applies to your order, contact us with the product(s) you’re interested in.

What should I do before installation?

Ensure safe access to the installation location, confirm existing connections are compatible, and clear the area. For built-in appliances, please make sure the space is ready (correct measurements, services available, and cabinetry prepared).

Returns & refunds

How do returns work?

If you need to return an item, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm whether the item can be collected or needs to be returned another way, and explain any conditions (for example, items should be unused and in original packaging where possible).

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please report any damage as soon as possible. If safe to do so, take photos of the packaging and product and contact us with your order number. We’ll arrange the next steps quickly.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are typically processed after the returned item is received and checked (or after a return is confirmed, depending on the circumstances). Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.

Warranties

What warranty do I get with my appliance?

Most appliances include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty length and terms vary by brand and product — check the product page for details. Keep your proof of purchase for warranty claims.

Do you offer extended warranties?

Recycling

Can you take away my old appliance?

Recycling or take-back services may be available for eligible products and postcodes. If available, you’ll see the option at checkout. You can also read Recycling Service.

Do I need to prepare my old appliance for collection?

Please disconnect the appliance (where safe to do so), empty any water or contents, and ensure clear access. If you’re unsure about disconnection requirements, contact us before delivery day.
